We are looking for a commercial Excellence Analyst for our team in Bohus.
In this position you will have a supportive and diverse role in a very engaged, highly enthusiastic and global team. You will have the opportunity to have an input on many different areas within the company and to be part of doing improvement work. You will have a key position and many different connections with internal stakeholders such as sales and marketing functions in the 5 business units, as well as finance and information management (IM).
Main responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of Commercial Excellence processes and projects in and across businesses and work streams.
• Support the Commercial Excellence Managers in data gathering, validation and processing for analysis into insights compiled in professional presentations.
• Identify Commercial Excellence improvement opportunities.
• Support in the implementation of the Digital Strategy for the region.
• Lead/run trainings and specific breakout sessions in workshops where needed.
• University Degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, further education (Masters, MBA) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Solid background in business analysis and 3+ years working experience.
• Experience with Digital tools (Order platforms, Apps, performance tools) and Google Analytics.
• Experience of working in multi-disciplinary programs and teams, from start to implementation and delivering results.
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and working with and understanding analytical tools.
