We are looking for a Commercial Director to join our growing Solutions Commercial Management Team, supporting our drive for improved solutions & services monetization
What you will do
For assigned Service(s), support BCSS aim to improve services monetization and overall profitability though:
Developing and evolving the relevant Solutions Strategy
Crafting & innovating applicable Commercial & Pricing Models
Interlocking with Solution Area and SCM Strategic CM for offerings and products leveraging the assigned service(s)
Developing assets and provide training, workshops to support strategy execution across BA & MA
Working with SCM Contract Management function to ensure strategy, commercial models and assets can be clearly documented and bounded in customer contracts to prevent scope leakage and enable greater monetization
Act as BA Service SME & provide support to wider SCM Team and MAs on select deals
Provide Services expertise into other SCM projects and programs
You will bring
University degree in Strategy/Business Administration/Finance/Engineering or equivalent or a solid track record in services development.
Strong experience in Services projects & engagements (telecommunications and\or IT)
Creative, innovative mind-set to see the bigger picture and develop well thought-through and executable approaches
Confidence to work self-managed in a fast paced and exciting environment
Proficiency in English both written and oral is a must, additional multiple languages are a plus
