Commercial Car Launch Manager

You:
* Are located in our Gothenburg office
* Will work with the Commercial Car launch team at Lynk & Co to lead the commercial launch
* You will be part of develop, manage and constantly rethink the Lynk & Co way of commercial launch, always aim for a lean and smart way of work
* Lead and align all functions within the Lynk & Co European organization to secure a successful for your assigned commercial launch
* It is a key function for our success and a strategic and hands-on personality and mindset is required
* You will have to be skilled in how to drive, involve, inform, support and inspire people since the commercial car launch function will be the hub in the Lynk & Co commercial launch wheel
* There are very complex dependencies also with the industrial side e.g. factory, Research & Development, logistics so a background with this experience is a highly preferable
* Business acumen
* Find smart solutions and outside the box thinking to achieve end goal
* Have a sharp eye on results. Changing mobility does not happen by itself

* You have experience with commercial launch, and you know how to do it better
* Automotive competence with understanding of the complex industrial dependencies that exist
* You create structure
* You can talk the talk, and walk the walk
* Sustainability is what drives you
* Speaking and writing in English is a piece of cake
* Analytic and problem-solving skills are part of your key competences
* At some point in time, you went to some kind of University, and brought home some kind of diploma
