About the job
We offer an interesting job opportunity within our Business Unit for Food Heat Transfer (FHT). This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy being in a responsible position within an organisation and respective business unit. This role carries a lot of touch points throughout the customer journey where sales companies require support from commercial business partners.
As our new Commercial Business Partner, you will actively drive, motivate, support and be deeply engaged in selective sales companies' end-to-end business development. You will develop business plans for new areas of business as well as specific development projects. You will have local and international contacts.
Key tasks:
Support, drive & develop business for key applications & ways to market (globally or regionally) in close collaboration with sales companies and technical specialists. ensuring accurate dialogue with approving third parties.
Drive development of service company activities within the respective BU by involving the FHT team, stakeholders and sales companies.
Deliver training/learning activities for employees, business partners and end-user customer to secure knowledge and inspire effective work.

Drive growth globally through (for example) prioritising major channels and international key account management.
What you know
You are a strategically minded individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You have a commercial / technical background (M.Sc, B.Sc, MBA, BBA) and you have at least five (5) years of experience within a relevant field to this role - ideally from the food production or manufacturing industry)

Heat exchanger & application knowledge + Industry knowledge
Pricing and contract management experience
Business planning know-how

The Ability to run multiple projects concurrently
IKAM & channel understanding & skills
