Our Nordic Sales and Marketing organization is now looking for a Danish speaking Commercial Assistant who should provide business support to our sales and marketing teams.
In this role you will be based in Lund and report to our Commercial Director. We can offer you a position that will give you high exposure to the market place and to genuine operational requirements, supporting Key Account Managers in Sweden and Denmark.
Key tasks in this position include:
• Responsibility for customer administration (general communication to customers, price letters, quotes, customer agreements, project files, customer server etc)
• Preparing and updating presentations (Sales and Market)
• Responsibility for administration of Rolling Forecast Capital Equipment
• Managing certain customer projects
• Coordination of internal reporting and follow up, knowledge and usage of Qlick-view; Business warehouse - information system
• Travel planning and travel reports
• Meetings and events preparation
Publiceringsdatum2009-10-20KvalifikationerTo be successful in this role we believe that you have a degree in Business Administration and a solid experience from a similar job.
It's required that you possess the following experience/knowledge:
• Customer service orientated
• Numeric understanding and accuracy
• Good computer literacy including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
• Fluency in Swedish, Danish and English, both in speech and in writing
As a person you are analytical and organized, you have a solid business understanding and good communication skills. You are able to independently start and drive your own work and you are proactive with an outgoing approach. To succeed it will also be crucial that you have the ability to create good working relationships with people both locally and in the countries within your market area.
