Through local recruitment and appointment, AWEX is currently seeking a Commercial Assistant to its Economic and Cultural Attaché at the Belgian Embassy in Stockholm.
Candidate profile:
• Degree holder with at least 2 years relevant experience
• Swedish proficiency and English fluency. French is a strong asset
• At least affinity with Swedish business life
• Self-starter with curiosity, even a short experience abroad is a plus
• Ease at making business contacts, convincing and organizing
Main responsibilities:
• Answer export inquiries from Belgian and Luxembourg companies (local contacts, market intelligence, store checks, B2B's, ...)
• Assist in organizing Belgian companies' collective missions (twice a year) and individual prospection in Sweden
• Support in organizing cultural and trade events; in participating to trade fairs, seminars, conferences; in communicating on our digital channels
• Media monitoring to identify business opportunities and investment projects
• Reporting and accounting tasks; ... .
