Overview
Ericsson Group Analytics (EGA) delivers analytics services for key Ericsson initiatives as well as for functional areas. EGA also works to build Ericsson's analytics capabilities over time. EGA is governed by a Steering Group, with the head of Group Function Common Functions and Business Excellence as chairman.
The successful candidate will be involved to deliver insights to key Ericsson initiatives and business. This provides the opportunity to be part of building Ericsson's analytical capabilities by delivering best in class analytics.
Job Summary
As a Commercial Analyst you be a part of the Ericsson Group Analytics Sell team with a main focus to support Sales and Commercial organizations globally to drive profitable growth by providing insights derived from analytics.
Responsibilities & Tasks
• Provide business (mainly the commercial management community) with insights derived from data and analytics to support qualified decision making - operationally as well as strategically
• Support cross-functional analyses initiatives with expert knowledge from the Commercial and Sales domain
• You will be part of developing new analysis methods, drive alignment of ways of working related to commercial analysis and tracking globally, and identify and drive tool requirements aiming at providing stakeholders insights with speed and efficiency
• In specific areas be the bridge between business requirements and IT development
Position Qualifications
Core Competences:
• Strong data analytical skills, statistical and data modeling
• Holistic view and ability to see the big picture as well as complex relations and dependencies
• Highly developed problem solving capabilities
• Good knowledge in Ericsson sales process and related commercial tools and IT environment
• Understanding of the Ericsson portfolio overall - specific experiences and knowledge from Ericsson new and targeted areas would be considered beneficial
