We are looking for a Store Network Commercial Advisor, who wants to join the Omnichannel Portfolio team, Group Expansion, at the Head Office in Stockholm!
The Group Expansion function is here to support in adding Meaningful Growth. We are responsible, in partnership with our brands, markets and function, for creating and maintaining our Group 's Omni Portfolio - physical and digital. For the physical portfolio, we lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and non commercial real estate, and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability. Each year we add stores and digital marketplaces in new and existing markets and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.
As a Commercial Advisor in the Store Network team, you support the Expansion teams in your regions and brands to ensure there is a competitive, short and long term store portfolio strategy that contributes to the Group's ecosystem. Moreover, you are part of enabling the overall global as well as regional goals, by collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders and aligning with the H&M and Portfolio Brands Board. You provide global cross-benchmarking, best practice and strategic analysis to guide markets and brands in taking portfolio decisions. You will also be part of cross functional, strategic initiatives related to meaningful growth and future store format development.
Job Description
The job of a Commercial Advisor comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your main responsibilities will include:
Ensure there is a clear multibrand growth and portfolio optimization strategy in your Region, in line with the company's strategic direction
Coach and provide support to all brands and regions in reaching the global, regional and brands' expansion goals
Provide global cross-benchmarking, best practice and key insights and analysis to guide markets and brands in taking portfolio decisions
Drive and be part of cross-functional collaborations and strategic initiatives
Obtain approval related to high investment strategies, and ensure that global quality standards are reached and contributes to the company

Qualifications
We believe you are strategic and have a multichannel perspective in your short and long term planning and decision making. You have a strong sense of ownership in your work and constantly look forward to take initiatives and strive for improvement and growth. You have excellent self-management skills.
You are a team player and a positive person who is characterized by optimism, persistence and hard work. Your great communication skills instill trust and commitment among those you meet in your everyday work. For you it 's important that you are a responsible member of the team, acting as a role model. You lead with vision and collaborate effectively with groups of diverse people. Encouraging an open, trustful and innovative culture and work environment comes naturally to you.
Moreover, we see that you have the following experiences:
At least 5-7 years of working experience from the real estate field or management consulting, preferably within the retail industry
Experience from working in an international organization with multiple stakeholders and seniority levels
An bachelor or masters degree in business
International experience from either work or studies
Strong coaching and leadership skills
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Negotiation experiences
Comfortable to challenge people and processes
Comfortable to work in a changing environment
