Main responsibilities
As CMF Program Designer, you will support car programs to create the CMF Design content as well as focus on program facelifts and updates. You will also support the CMF Design team in strategic design, projects and design for sustainable solutions as needed. You will work closely with CMF Specialists and engineers as well as Interior, Exterior and UX Design teams to help create and maintain design languages across programs and promote collaborative work.
Additional tasks include:
• Collecting inspiration, materials and samples and creating tasteful mood boards.
• Conducting design trend research and benchmarking.
• Communication of CMF Design within Design and the Product Creation teams.
• Creating the best-looking colour and material choices and collections for our customers.
• Preparation of presentations.

Required qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you have:
• Bachelor or master's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Transportation Interior Design, Product Design or Industrial Design or similar design discipline.
• 6 - 10 years of experience in CMF design including car programs.
• Good understanding how colours and materials influence and support a specific character of a product.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work in groups to inspire and motivate others.
• Ability to understand and implement product development processes and create new strategies and improved processes.
• Good knowledge of material development in collaboration with Design engineers and material developers.
• Ability to create new innovative CMF Design proposals.
• Strong technical skills in Adobe Package (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, VRED), Blender, Rhino and Power Point.

You are a self-driven individual who can think strategically and has a fast understanding of complexity and ability to deal with different topics and the same time. We would also like to see that you have excellent communication skills, as well as good verbal and written skills in English.
