hela Sverige Our client is currently looking for a CMF Designer for their office in Stockholm. As a CMF Designer, you will creatively inspire, lead, and develop color, materials, and finishes. In this role you will contribute to their goal of making a positive impact on people's everyday lives by creating meaningful experience solutions. You will balance independent work and team collaboration, leveraging others' ideas and guiding them toward solutions.
This is a consulting assignment starting as soon as possible, initially running until December 31, 2025.
Main Tasks
Lead CMF across multiple product development projects
Help create and develop CMF strategies and color/material palettes for different brands or categories
Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to make sure CMF designs are implemented correctly
Create guidelines and templates for colors, textures, and graphics
Support innovation projects by exploring new design ideas for the future
Qualifications
A degree in Industrial Design or a related design field
At least 5 years of CMF (colour, material and finishes) experience, preferably from an industry-leading corporation
Confident using 2D and 3D design tools (Adobe AI/PS/ID, Keyshot etc)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

You will be employed as a consultant through The Place, with the possibility of extension depending on future needs.
The role is located centrally in Stockholm.
