The client is a well-known Swedish company. It is a fast growing company within the financial market, who works with several other well-known companies. They have several hundred employees and you will find their office in the quiet part of central Stockholm.
Perido is now looking for a collection officer that is fluent in German. You will work with incoming calls from people with poor credit, sensitive calls from people in crisis. For this you need to adapt to the situation and make up a long term plan for the client. You know the importance of good service and you always respond the person in a professional way.
Required Skills
• High school graduation
• Fluent in German
• Experience from working with customer service, callcenter
• Good computer skills
