The client is a well-known Swedish company. It is a fast growing company within the financial market, who works with several other well-known companies. They have several hundred employees and you will find their office in the quiet part of central Stockholm.
You will work with incoming calls from people with poor credit, sensitive calls from people in crisis. For this you need to adapt to the situation and make up a long term plan for the client. We believe that you are a driven and social person who likes to work in a changing environment. You know the importance of good service and you work hard to make sure that you meet people?s needs in the best possible way.
Required Skills
• High school graduation
• Fluent in Dutch
• Experience from working with customer service, callcenter
• Good computer skills
• Good English skills
