Job Description
As Collection Manager you will be responsible for the accessories customer offer, setting visions and targets to optimize sales and profitability in both the short term and long term. You will lead, develop and secure the assortment process towards set strategies and goals. As a leader you motivate, inspire and make employees feel involved, to create an efficient team. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the collections customer and competitor focus
Create a seasonal plan for the concept to achieve the best mix of core, current fashion and latest trend together with concept designer - securing the perfect mix of current fashion and Monki basics
Together with business controller set strategy for budget on department level
Constantly review the assortment and act on new tendencies and sales, seeking new sales opportunities
Responsible for the department's timeline and to review products and overall assortment prior to purchase decision
Managerial responsibilities including to lead and motivate your team

To be successful in this role we also see that you:
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience from a similar role
Have experience of building assortment in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Have a strong business sense and sales drive
Have a strong fashion sense and are genuinely driven by building a great collection by always having the customer top of mind in everything you do
Have a proactive and agile approach to work tasks and responsibilities
Love to work hands-on in daily operations as well as driving strategic projects of methods and processes to develop the fashion industry of tomorrow
Have a strong focus on sustainability
Have an inspiring leader approach that focuses on building culture, people and results

Additional Information
This is a temporary full time position for one year and it will be located at our Head Office in Gothenburg, Sweden.
