About the job
As Collection Lead, you are responsible for driving and implementing the collection strategy. You will have the opportunity to build, lead and motivate your own team to follow the processes and goals you set together with the company's chief operating officer. You work operationally to develop our processes and have a responsibility to coordinate development initiatives within the collection area. In addition, you work with NPL strategy, KPIs and portfolio performance analysis.
Areas of responsibility includes, but are not limited to;
• develop and implement the collection strategy.
• pursue and progress issues regarding regulations.
• manage and lead a team to follow implemented collection strategy.
• develop and implement processes.
• operational work with collection issues.
• follow-up and reporting.
• analysis, define and follow-up KPIs.
About you

You are a structured and self propelled person who takes on specified projects as easily as initiating your own. You have a desire to learn new things, are analytical and very solution-oriented. Further, you have ambition, business acumen and you are very responsive to customer needs.
In addition, you have;
• 3+ years of experience in legal issues and legal requirements for debt collection.
• experience of leadership, preferably also in relation to change management.
• experience from operational work with collection issues.
• a relevant education in the field.
• fluent Swedish and professional English in speech and writing.
