Let's make a difference in finance for the many people
The main task is to contact customers in arrears to encourage them to pay the debt overdue and help customers with payment difficulties. You contact clients to learn if they are aware of the issue and negotiate a payment solution.
You will be working primarily on the Swedish B2C market. The position is administrative and the phone will be your main working tool.
Key responsibilities
• Help customers with payment difficulties, both Sale Finances and Lending as well as business customers.
• Make outbound calls to customers in arrears
• Respond to incoming calls, letters and e-mails
• Regulatory Inquiries
• Cooperate with external collectionpartners
• Handle death estate errands

Are you the one for Ikano?
We are looking for a responsible, flexible co-worker who has a strong customer focus and a sense of service You also need to be able to make demands of the customers. You must feel comfortable with contacting customers by phone. It is an advantage if you have a business school degree BA or equivalent theoretical qualification. You have to be fluent in the Swedish and English languages, spoken and written. You also need to understand banking language in English as this is the Ikano Bank's corporate language. Experience in negotiation is required. You always live by Ikano Bank's values.
