About Lynk & Co
It is not every day that someone launches a new car brand, but that isn't what is unusual about Lynk & Co. We are re-defining the entire experience of buying, owning and using a car. Our fast-growing team based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and Hangzhou, are reshaping mobility as we know it.
We are currently expanding to provide the capability for our global market entry and your contribution may be key to our success. If you share the passion for creating amazing customer experience, have an open mindset, thrive on innovative ways of working and want to be part of a global, diverse and agile team, you sound like you might be our next colleague.

Co:lab Full Stack Developer

Lynk & Co has a vision to change mobility as we know it and as the innovation team, Co:lab aims to be at the forefront of that path. As a developer in Co:lab your task is to vitalize the ideas coming from both our internal and external community. You will have the mandate to guide and direct the team on how concepts and MVPs take form, from idea to production-ready user application. Work close at hand with our team of intrapreneurs and other relevant stakeholders in the company to make cool new stuff happen.

Day to day, you will:

* Elaborate ideas to prototypes by coding in all tiers
* Coach the team in the technical aspect of the concept and discuss potential outcomes of solutions based on your technical review
* Use all sorts of ingredients from different APIs and SDKs to prove the concept
* Develop creative and innovative solutions using the best technology suited for the job
* Plan how to achieve the goal; From design and analysis to production

About you

Co:lab is a team of creative intrapreneurs and developers, eager to try new stuff and you need to be too. You are a kick-ass coder who submits code with quality and passion, pro-actively learning new things when needed. You are keen on delivering with excellence but can also balance with speed to deliver MVPs and pretotypes in agile sprints. You're on top of the chain when it comes to the technical understanding of a concept and can efficiently elaborate and communicate pros and cons of different solutions.

* Multi-tier programmer: Mainly web applications, that means both front-end and deep back-end integrations. HTML, CSS, JS and additional back-end languages (C#, PHP, JAVA or functional languages if that is your thing).
* Frameworks: Be acquainted with popular frameworks or even specialized in one (or many). We use what's necessary. It really comes down to what you feel most confident in but having knowledge of the major ones such as .net is definitively a plus.
* Cloud advocate: Make your solutions reachable and scalable by using the best cloud technologies; Beneficial with experience in Azure.
* Confident coach: Ability to identify and evaluate the different alternatives of how to realize an idea and confident in the role of elaborating and coaching the team between these different solutions and trade-offs.
