Description
We are looking for a Cognos report developer, to join the project and the product team for the Product Area Customer Lifecycle within domain Colleague and Corporate Support. You should have several years of experience working with Cognos reporting.
Work tasks - What work tasks are to be performed?
Build reports within the solution (Cognos) based on requirements
Support and maintain existing reports build
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Experience of building report, preferably Cognos
• Experience from working with a standard solution and SaaS solutions.
• Experience of agile way of working
• Experience from working with distributed and/or offshore teams
Preferred competence and experience:
• Experience from working with Workforce Management System
• Experience from working with payroll or business performance systems
Preferred personal qualities:
• Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
• Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
• Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
• Are dedicated, positive and self-driven and able to work independently
• Are a team player
• Are courageous and communicative with a convincing personality and the ability to communicate with different target groups both when leading and instructing others
• Are curious, ambitious and a fast learner
• Are structured and like to work towards a goal and delivery
• Strong Analytical skills
