If You feel like enjoying this in an ethical way, working for a better tomorrow You should join our team. We are looking for an experienced data - BI engineer with an analytical mind. A social and communicative coffee drinker with a deep understanding of database system, especially SQL. As our data and BI engineer, you will be handling our data architecture and enterprise data warehouse. You will be that colleague that supports several stakeholders with key figures from our critical data.

Your workday

You will contribute to our continued success by maintaining and develop a robust and resilient data architecture that scales with the business needs, and thereby enabling and encouraging a data driven culture. A key role as this concerns several stakeholders with different business needs. Your primary role will be to enable data access to different stakeholders in the organization. In this role you will develop and maintain EHs databases, EDW (enterprise data warehouse), data pipelines, integrations, and our internal business platform-Qlik Sense. You will be the product owner of our internal BI platform and you will be the one prioritizing and delivering all projects from maintenance to largescale developments along with a team of external BI consultants that you will lead and work with on a daily basis. You will be communicating with key stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical and actionable specifications based on their requirements.

In this role You will be the one supporting all our markets and work cross functional to help Espresso House achieve its goals. You will be a part of the IT/digital division and report to our CTO.

Some of your key activities will also include:

• Own and define the data architecture framework, standards and principles including modeling, metadata, reference data and security.
• Defining data flows, i.e. which parts of the organization generate data, which require data to function, how data flows are managed and how data changes in transition.
• To define organizational strategies and frameworks for architecture of data flows and data at rest. This includes data streams, integrations, transformations, databases (SQL) and data warehouse.
• With resilience, security, scalability, and cost efficiency in mind store data according to industry best practice.
• Strategies for data storage and security regarding data in transit with the current legislation around personal data protection and GDPR in mind.

Who are you?

As a Data & BI Engineer you have extensive experience in BI and good understanding of data integration and data warehouse. Experience similar to Qlik Sense is very valuable. You have BI knowledge in SQL and can create tables, make transforms, and manipulate and refine data. You are familiar with and understand how to modulate and transform data and have good knowledge of how ETL tools work to be successful You need very good understanding of APIs such as REST, SOAP, GRAF QL or similar.

You have probably worked a couple of years, or more, as a Data / BI Engineer or in a similar role. You have proven experience from working with:

• BI
• SQL database
• Data warehouse
• Database design
• Data integration
• Business intelligence

To be successful in this role we believe you must also be able to program and design structures in SQL and NoSQL.

If you also have experience within Python, data pipelines and big data those are good merits as well as certificates from cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Obviously, you like coffee, it does not matter what type (we can provide). Besides being a java lover, we believe you are a communicative leader and have a great understanding of business intelligence with analytical skills. You have a strong sense of ownership and great ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. While creating a leaf or heart in your caffè latte, problem solving and strategic thinking comes natural to you. Our written and spoken language is English which you are fluent in, a little Swedish is good to know because our BI system is created in Swedish.
