Our product Digital Dealer is used by our retailers and service advisors all around the world. By using new modern technologies, we establish effective resale operations by providing accurate and optimized information to our service employees.

Do you want to combine software development with leadership?
In this role, you will combine coding with being the group manager of a team of 5-7 developers and UX. We have a true CI/CD pipeline where you and the team will deliver to production on daily basis. This will be done through pair-and mob programming, Weekly knowledge sharing meetings, and improvement workshops.
You will also be part of the management team and together we will make our co-workers grow as well as, together with the teams, create the best prerequisites possible to deliver the highest value to our end users.
In the management team today, we have both coding and non-coding engineering managers. We believe in the approach of having a mix of these two flavours so that we can have a good diversity and to support the stars in our organization in the best way.

We have a modern microservices architecture both for backend and frontend and we are 100% cloud-native and run all our services in AWS. We are a passionate team that takes enormous pride in what and how we deliver and we work tightly with business and end-user representatives.
Your background
• You have proven leadership skills in truly agile environments
• You have solid experience in Java backend development
• You have experience in React/Redux
• Communication skills in Swedish or English
It is beneficial if you have experience with any of the following:
• Cloud Environment
• Microservice architecture
• AWS/Kubernetes
• Test automation
• Experience from working in complex systems
• UX
