You will be part of Network Control business unit. The unit provides leading network management and control systems for planned and unplanned outage management, generation, transmission and distribution management systems, SCADA and process control solutions for planning, forecasting and running day-to-day operations. Offerings comprise a broad range of solutions to address the most critical needs of utility and power companies.
In this role you will be leading the effort to improve code quality. You will be a technical leader to encourage and mentor best development practices. To implement and improve test driven development and a test first approach in a global organization will be one of the challenges for you in this role.

Your responsibilities
You will work as architect and lead developer in the areas of code quality which includes test automation, unit testing and static code analysis
Implement, oversee, lead and drive the effort to improve code quality
Implementing and improving static code analysis, unit test frameworks, code reviews and code review processes.
Trains new team members on coding principles and conduct code retreats and coding Dojos.
Propose improvements in existing test techniques based on experience and knowledge of new trends and equipment.

Your background
We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable team player with an independent and result oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills.
You have coding experience from C++ and C# preferably from large code bases.
You hold a university degree in Computer Science or similar
Own experience in code quality activities like static code analysis, unit testing, peer programming and test driven development.
Experience in leading a team in the effort to improve code quality.
Knowledge in SOLID, Clean code and Clean architecture.
You have quality awareness and you are highly committed.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Swedish will be an advantage.
