MELT is a 1920s New York Bar & Restaurant for lovers & friends to share cocktails, food and fun! We'll take you back the days of Prohibition New York, where selling alcohol was illegal, but it didn't stop a great party! We are serious about cocktails, service and to create an extraordinary bar experience. We have some of Sweden's best burlesque and variety performers as headliners every Friday and Saturday.
We are now hiring an excellent cocktail bartender to continue leading our team to the provide the best bar experience in Stockholm!
Responsibilities
To lead the successful concept of MELT with cocktails, food, and employees.
The position is 70% cocktail bartending and running the bar, 20% guiding the restaurant and bar team, and 10 % administration.
• Cocktail bartending Tuesday to Saturday
• Lead employees to quality agreed on
• Schedule
• Help with hiring and training new employees
• Guest satisfaction
• Ordering and receiving deliveries
• Restaurant phone, email, and online bookings
• Open, closing, and registers
• Cleaning, safely and hygiene routines
Expectations
• Excellent cocktail bartender
• Friendly, positive, and service minded
• Be a positive and strong leader
• Build a strong team with good communication
• Report needed information to owner otherwise solve problem
• Know how to prioritize challenges
• Know how to serve and host
• Fluent in English
