About the position
We are looking for a Co-development Manager to work within one of our teams to facilitate the needs and coordinate efforts between the studios involved in the production. As the Co-Dev manager you will work closely with the producers at all locations (and be the link between the development teams). You will report to the lead producer of the game and you will be one of the central points of communication for the project. The position will be a part of a strategic group on how to develop the project organization. The role will require you to travel frequently, sometimes long distances for longer periods.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate communication over multiple studios
• Make sure teams have updated information
• Foster a ONE team culture
• Track progress on development with Co Dev studio
• Track budget and resource management with Co Dev studio
• Make sure Co Dev delivers on agreed scope and target and have the means to do so
You as a candidate
As a person you are positive, open minded and very communicative in English. You are a strong team manager and you are very skilled in coordinating initiatives at multiple sites. You have several years of experience from working in a multinational corporation and have experience from working with teams with large needs of information flow; you have experience from being at a hub in this information flow. It will be meriting if you have experience from games productions, but it's not a necessity.
Qualifications
• Experience managing large projects
• Proven ability to develop teams and collaboration between teams
• Experience in multi-site coordination
• Able and ready to travel frequently
Personal skills
• Good at managing passionate people
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Brave and positive
• Good motivator
• Open minded
• Several year of games industry experience is meriting but not a necessity
