CNC Programmer/Operator
General description
You will be responsible for creating 3D models of the floors of our prefabricated bathrooms in the SolidWorks program. Based on this, you will create milling program and operate CNC machine. This will require your close collaboration with the Team Project. You will also be responsible for ordering materials and tools for your machine. You are responsible for the technical condition of the machine and waste segregation. In addition, you will perform milling / drilling on the machine in other materials (e.g. production templates, furniture parts, etc.), as an additional tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Design and preparation of 3D models in SolidWorks based on production plan
• Preparation of STEP files from previously prepared 3D models
• Operation and programming of CNC machines (mainly milling EPS material)
• Preparation of materials for production process, monitoring and ordering materials
• Maintaining machine in proper condition, servicing machine based on manual
• Responsibility for the proper segregation of production waste
• Close cooperation with Team Project and Team Production
Competence requirements:
• Knowledge and ability to draw in the SolidWorks 3D program
• Ability to create programs for a CNC machine from 3D models
• Operation of the CNC machine DYNESTIC 7507 (production, maintenance of the machine in a proper technical condition and clean)
Personal characteristics:
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Ability and desire to learn
• Ability to organize work process properly
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbal and written
We offer:
Working hours 6:00 - 14:30 Monday-Friday. Proposed schedule is flexible
