hela Sverige The CMS Business Product Leader will work with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvements, as well as external development partners to define and implement new digital solutions based on business priority.
Essential Responsibilities:
As an key member of the Digital Marketing team, you will contribute to long-term road map and release planning, and will be the owner of the backlog. You will contribute to continuously improve our solutions as well as our ways of working.
Product Ownership of Sitecore capabilities supporting the online strategy, including business solution concepts, user stories and other documents
Develops and maintains the product roadmap and product backlog.
Consolidates business and functional requirements into user stories and other artifacts as needed by the Development team to efficiently digest and estimate product backlog items.
Work with technical leads on release planning, capacity and resource planning & using agile tools effectively.
Ensure regular and transparent updates to team and management
Identify and implement improvement opportunities based on operational performance data.
Work with executive and senior leaders to create and maintain an operating plan to achieve the strategic vision and operating platform that defines our digital strategy.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Significant experience working with product development as a product owner, business analyst or similar.
In-depth experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies. Preferably Certified scrum product owner (CSPO)
Experience with the following applications: Hybris, Digizuite, Sitecore, Rally, JIRA
Analytical skills: Detail oriented with ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
Strong stakeholder management at all levels and happy to challenge the status quo when necessary.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Excellent written English skills.
Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising or related
Local language skills a benefit (Swedish)
Experience in working in a global environment
