YOU WILL
As the CMO at Evolabel you will be given a unique opportunity to shape and drive the next development stage of Evolabel's brand together with the leadership team and a set of skilled and committed colleagues.
You will play a crucial role in promoting the company's products and brand, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts. Your starting point will be to take the responsibility of the overall strategy, structure and content and for all internal and external marketing channels. Your strong analytical skills will be key, as well as your deep knowledge of building a strong brand in an international environment.
Our customers represent some of the world's largest and most demanding businesses within industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, logistics and manufacturing.
With high speed and agility, you will be responsible for brand and communication to meet and exceed customers' expectations and thereby contribute to our continued growth and opportunities to gain market share in our industry. You will make a difference.
You will play a significant role in coaching the management team in your area of expertise and you will also get the opportunity to shape your own successful marketing team.
As CMO you report directly to the CEO and are part of the management team.
YOU ARE
Evolabels innovative products and solutions are continuously developed based on new technology and customer requirements, inspired upon based on past experience.
You are much aware of which stakeholders to follow, in order to secure the right message at the right moment. As communication is a moving target, you constantly develop and engage to be on top of what is most attractive for our target group at the right moment, and you love to inspire colleagues to increase their utilization of digital communication tools and social media.
The successful candidate is curious and creative with a continuous improvement mindset. A strong strategic leadership combined with a humble attitude and a close team collaboration spirit will bring success to the role. You have a flexible mindset and thrive in the diversity of tasks that encompass both strategic and analytical work, as well as inspiring colleagues around you.
The management team will rely on your expertise and your excellent communication skills! You thrive working on a number of different tasks in parallel with conflicting deadlines, but most of all, you are a positive team player with an unquestionable can-do attitude!
Qualifications required to be successful in this position:
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or similar
• Several years of business experience within strategic and operational marketing management in an international environment
• Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken
