We are a technology-oriented company, that strives to create the best possible online shopping experience. We have our headquarter in Luleå, far up in the north parts of Sweden and you find our sales- and marketing office in the heart of Stockholm.
We are now scaling up our team and are seeking a CMO or senior marketing manager to join our unicorn-journey.
About the role
In the role of CMO, you will be ultimately responsible for developing and implementing long-term marketing strategies with a focus on execution towards goals set for both the Swedish market and our international launch. You are responsible for budget, strategy and follow-up on brand building activities and leading the marketing team.
Your background
To succeed in the role of CMO, we see that the right candidate is a sharp digital marketer, with experience from e-commerce and who is business-oriented and has a relevant education in marketing and / or finance. Furthermore, you are a dedicated leader with a good track record of successfully leading teams, setting structure and implementing new processes.
It is merited if you:
• have worked for a global platform/company outside Europe.
• have founded or launched your own business and/or lead a key area within a global platform/company.
• speaks English and another large language fluently
We also thin that you have great experience working with:
• Revenue growth
• App development
• Influencer program/social media
• High-end luxury fashion and beauty brands
• International publishers
• Managing and scaling teams
Start: Immediately (taking into account any notice period)
Scope: Full-time, with flexible working hours
Location: Stockholm or Luleå / Sweden - your choice.
