We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Colour, Material, and Finish (CMF) Program Designer to join a dynamic and creative team!

Role description
As a CMF Program Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the CMF design content for our car programs, ensuring that our vehicles reflect our commitment to sustainability and innovation. You will collaborate closely with our CMF Specialists, Interior and Exterior Design teams, and engineers to maintain design consistency across programs and promote a collaborative work environment. Your role will involve staying updated with design trends, developing innovative CMF design proposals, and communicating effectively within the design and product creation teams.

Key responsibilities
• Curating inspirational mood boards and collecting material samples
• Conducting in-depth design trend research and benchmarking
• Communicating CMF Design strategies effectively within cross-functional teams
• Creating aesthetically appealing and sustainable colour and material choices for our customers
• Developing engaging and informative presentations for various stakeholders

About you
• Bachelor 's or Master 's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Transportation Interior Design, Product Design, or a similar discipline
• 6-10 years of experience in CMF design, with a strong emphasis on car programs
• A deep understanding of how colours and materials contribute to the overall product character
• Excellent communication, presentation, and group collaboration skills
• Proficiency in product development processes and the ability to develop new strategies and improved processes
• Strong knowledge of material development in collaboration with design engineers and material developers
• Strong technical skills in Adobe Package (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, VRED), Blender, Rhino, and Powerpoint
