UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry. Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas. We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.

Now we are looking for a CM and Build Manager to be stationed in Lund.

Assignment description:
The role includes
1. Keep the Java platform code base updated with the latest SW platform(s)
2. Manage branches for different SW platform versions
3. Define branching strategies and communicate it within the department
4. Define and communicate delivery guidelines for Java developers in line with main project's deadlines
5. Receive, integrate and build deliveries from Java developers for different SW platforms
6. Coordinate with Java Platform Verification Team for testing new implementation or bug fixes
7. Send in tested deliveries to platform/product projects
8. Handle all CM related communication within the organization.

Required competence
• Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
• 1-2 years of working experience in similar job.
• Experience of working as C/C++ programmer in projects with many developers.
• Experience with CM systems, preferably ClearCase.
• Good written and oral communication skill
• Fluent in English
• Positive attitude and ability to guide and drive the development teams.
• Good team player and eager to take on new challenges.
