DHL Supply Chain is currently searching for a Cluster Project Delivery Lead for the Nordic Region.
In this position, you will lead and inspire a team of experienced project managers, guiding them to consistently deliver optimal results, collectively delivering solutions that create great customer experiences, both internally and externally. This position provides the chance to engage in significant and exciting projects. Expect some business travel, primarily within Sweden and the Nordic region, accompanying the company's clients and projects.
The position is a permanent full-time role, with DHL as the employer. Your location is flexible based on what suits you best, and you have the flexibility to operate from various offices. You will report to the Head of Operations Excellence Nordics.

About the position
As Cluster Project Delivery Lead, you'll be at the forefront, leading and inspiring a dedicated project team of project managers responsible for completing complex customer implementations and major improvement projects for DHL's 3PL. You will closely collaborate with customers and the DHL teams in Business Development, Solution Design, Operations, Operations Excellence, and IT.
You ensure project deliveries in accordance with DHL's project methodology. Your leadership style motivates your team towards successful project deliveries, and you ensure that project goals are achieved within the agreed scope, time, budget, and quality.
Your profile
You have relevant education, several years of project management experience, and proven leadership skills. You have extensive experience in the logistics industry, preferably managing projects within 3PL, automation, robotics, and power conversion.
You have a good knowledge and understanding of warehouse processes and complex implementation and improvement projects within 3PL. You thrive in a project-based work environment and have expertise in both project management models and change management methodologies.
As a leader, you are engaged and inspiring, while also being assertive when necessary. Business acumen, structure, and problem solving characterize your approach, along with effective communication and stakeholder management. Building strong relationships both internally and externally comes naturally to you, and you communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
