The Food Protection Support (FPS) team strongly supports the Tetra Pak Food Protection ambition by taking an end-to-end perspective in this area.
In particular, the Food Protection Support (FPS) team works in close collaboration with customers and colleagues in the Europe Cluster to support customers in achieving superior quality levels by:
• Taking an End-to-End approach
• Delivering proactive FPS services that prevent any deviation in product quality and safety standards
• Assisting customers timely in restoring production if a deviation occurs
To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a new colleague.
The position will be based in Sweden (Lund) and will require a travelling time of 65-75% within Europe.
What you will do
Conduct systematic troubleshooting for end-product quality issues and food safety matters at Customers
Provide food safety and end-product quality advices, guidance and expertise to Customers and colleagues out in the markets
Manage and drive customers issue resolution for product quality issues independently until implementations of the preventive actions
Contribute to the capability development of the customer personnel in the area of Food Quality
Deliver training internally as well as to Customers ensuring that end-product and food safety competence meet required levels
Support analysis of aseptic performance data of systems installed by Tetra Pak and provide feedback to customers in order to implement corrective actions aimed to ensure desired levels of end-product quality
Support aseptic and microbiological validation trials and new installations to ensure desired levels of end-product quality
Support deployment of new service opportunities in the area of Food Protection
Support KAM teams in Business Opportunity analysis and build and maintain technical network on cluster and global level
Contribute to set standards, best practices and guidelines in the area of Food Protection
Who you are
We believe you have:
You have preferably a minimum of 3 years of working experience with Filling Machines and/or Processing Equipment (either during design or during service operations).
University Bachelor in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry.
Preferable good knowledge in dairy industry, from row material to the consumer shelfs; and good understanding in HACCP, QACP, GMP, GHP, ISO, Codex Alimentarius, FDA
Knowledge in microbiology, applied food technology and working experiences in World Class Manufacturing / Total Quality Management and/or in Project Management are strongly appreciated.
We are looking for a true team player with high curiosity and interest in complex systems.
You are structured and you are systematic, especially when applying Root Cause Analysis methodologies. You have a clear communication style and understand the importance of sharing information.
To be successful in this position you need to be able to take critical decisions independently in front of the customer, having the right attitude or experience with customer relationship management, service work, technical and commercial discussions/negotiations, laboratory practices.
An excellent command of English and one of the Scandinavian languages both written and verbally is required.
Fresh Graduates from Food Technology fields are also welcome.
