hela Sverige We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual who will join the Cluster Europe & Central Asia Processing solutions team as a Cluster category leader - Dairy.
As Cluster category leader Dairy you will play a key role in growing the business in the ECA clus-ter. You will participate in developing the global strategic plans and ensures that the plans are executed in the cluster. You will participate in identifying portfolio development needs and in-troducing new products and solutions to the mar-ket.
The role provides international exposure and collaboration in a matrix organisation. You will be working closely with colleagues in the business units and the cluster. Moreover, you also have frequent contact with customers across the cluster.
This position will be based in Sweden (Lund) and will report to the PSE Cluster Portfolio & Catego-ry leader. The position requires up to 40% of travelling
Main Responsibilities
• Understanding the market and market potential in the category as well as key success factors for growing the business.
• Develop the global Dairy category strat-egy as part of the global dairy team and together with Business stream Dairy.
• Define and drive the strategy execution plan for the Dairy category in the cluster and follow up achievements.
• Identify new product and solution needs and participate in governance groups for future developments.
• Drive deployment of the portfolio includ-ing forecasting.
• Drive the category application knowledge build up in the cluster.
• Provide the market companies in the cluster with product, solution and catego-ry support to achieve the growth.
Qualifications
You have at least 10 years of experience within international marketing and/or sales management. Knowledge in Dairy processing and technology is preferred. You have a Degree in Marketing subjects or Engineering. Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
As a person you are able to work in an international environment close to customers and be an ef-fective team player, sharing information and supporting colleagues. You have excellent communication skills and you can create strong professional relationships with different levels of stakeholders. You can use your informal authority to drive people and influence them at all levels in the organization. You have strong analytical skills and you can establish and maintain a network within and outside the company with people in different positions.
