Responsibilities
You will be an important part in the customers cloud journey!
As part of our operations you will help support the customer with day-to-day issues and improvements.
Working with all parts of the AWS ecosystem you will help the customer automate, manage, improve, update, monitor and keep their environment secure.
You are expected to achieve and maintain an Associate level of AWS Certifications.

Automate everything!
Supporting customers
Onboarding customers for our CloudOps Support
Upgrading infrastructure
Help customer find potential cost savings
Take part in On-Call rotation
Requirements
Hands-on experience working with AWS
Familiar with many parts of the AWS Eco system
Experience working with automation (Infrastructure as code and languages like bash or python)
Experienced in Windows or Linux operating systems
Good communication skills
You must be a team player, who enjoys working on several projects, together with different customers
Eligible for employment in Sweden
