My name is Nina Rhodin, I'm team lead for the Cloud team at Leica. We develop the central web application integrating both internal and external software, syncing files, manage remote support and handling and visualizing data.
Now we are looking for our next Tech lead as our current is growing within the company. Here your responsibilities would be to communicate with and lead our experienced team to keep our products flourishing. This means to propose realistic technical architecture, develop the technical roadmap as well as plan and start new projects. We want you to be the person to push our star product to new technical heights!

The Cloud team is today about 25 people including product management - and we are growing. We are an international team with great team spirit. Being an experienced team, we like to keep the atmosphere helpful and open to keep the results and quality peaking.
As a leader, I want my team to feel comfortable in making their own decisions, learn new things and network within the company. As a person, I'm passionate about helping people grow and continuously improving how we work. The biggest reason I work at Leica is the amazing people, it being a small company within a big one and having the opportunity to work with product development in an exciting business area.
We think that you:
• Are an experienced tech lead or senior architect with experience in Python, cloud computing and web development.
• Have worked as a developer and have at least 5 years of overall experience in technical roles.
As a person, we believe that you have a high personal drive, a strong sense of quality, excellent communication skills and the ability to steer a skilled and growing team to success. You are a visionary but not a one-man-show, as leading the technical development builds on teamwork.
