The group will focus on leveraging AWS best practices, to enable a smooth, fast and successful transition to the cloud for our customers. We are now expanding the team in Stockholm and need experience and insight into how our key customers are offered the best possible service!

Cybercom is an AWS Advanced Partner and has over 75 AWS certified professionals in the Nordics, serving a growing AWS client base in their transition to the cloud. Cybercom is also an official next generation and audited AWS Managed Services Provider and a DevOps Competence Partner.

Role description

In this role, you will be involved in building Sweden's most important digital services. We need a service manager for our team who gets things done and keeps the head cold in tight situations.

You are responsible of our Clients' AWS platform operations and quality of Cybercom's Passionate Support services. You will manage, administrate, develop and continuously improve your Client's AWS platform together with the Client and Cybercom's 24/7 cloud operations center.

In good collaboration with AWS architects, technical leads and developers you will guarantee the best quality and SLA of the Client's applications and services in the AWS cloud. You will manage continuous improvements within deployment, configuration, system provisioning processes of cloud infrastructure and problem management and root cause analysis.

Who are you?

We think you have worked few years in IT multi-vendor environments and know how to combine customer requirements, wishes and needs. Above all, we expect you to be motivated, enthusiastic, and curious about the cloud and ICT industry, working with customers and people. An understanding of IT service business and related tools and processes is also essential for success.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are a communicative person with experience from traditional DC infrastructure operations or cloud based service operations. You are experienced with ITIL, SLA measurement and familiar also with lean process management.

You do not need to be a full-fledged person, but you need to have work experience, for example in the role of a project manager, customer relationship coordinator, or other similar jobs you demonstrated the ability to define requirements, solutions and implement new technology and service improvements for our clients.
