Mitigate identified risks sufficiently, and to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements. Install and configure security systems in a UNIX (Linux and Solaris) based environment as per the requirement of our customers. Should be responsible for leading the installation and administration of technical solutions for Xynaptics customers. Should identify risks and provide technical solution and technical support to our Xynaptics customers.
Should assess the technical strengths and weaknesses of the
proposed solution and makes recommendations.
Xynaptics seeks a Cloud Architect with a focus on information
security for cloud and virtualized data center environments.
Masters' degree in Information security, or related field from
a reputed university.
Minimum Two years of professional experience in UNIX
Installation, administration, maintenance of standardized Linux and Solaris servers. Experience in performance and tuning of Linux/Solaris servers. Should have experience in HP Open view products or any other monitoring system. Deep knowledge in virtualized Data Center and Cloud environments. Knowledge in ITIL processes. Deep knowledge in computer and network security. Knowledge in Information storage, Business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Should have experience in security tools like Nmap, Dsniff, Ettercap etc.
Should be a certified Cloud Architect, Virtualized Data Center
and Cloud Infrastructure Specialist (EMCCA).
Should be a Linux (RHCL) or Solaris (OCSA/SCSA) certified
System Administrator.
Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
