About the role
In Cloud Platform we empower over 200 product teams by providing a simple, safe and smart platform to make sure H&M Group's cloud usage is awesome. Within Cloud Platform we have the end-to-end responsibility for managing and develop the cloud portfolio, governance and guardrails. You will work with multi cloud solutions, enterprise level cloud security and cost control to support H&M Group in the transition from on prem to cloud. You will join a team of amazing professionals with great opportunity to contribute with your own creative ideas. As a team we have innovation sprints and lab days so we can evolve and develop new ideas.
Some of your daily work includes:
Design and develop cloud platform infrastructure, security and network. Both strategic and hands-on implementation.
Support in cloud advisory and advanced troubleshooting. Build KPIs and reports
Work with strategic governance e.g. cloud region planning and hybrid connectivity
Translate strategies and requirements into modern, innovative and scalable solutions
Responsibilities
We believe you have the ability to understand and analyze complex information as well as being able to communicate with others regardless of their cloud knowledge. You work proactively and with continuous improvements in a fast transforming environment. You enjoy working with implementation and taking operational aspects into account. To do this, we think you have a curious mindset, excellent communication skills as well as:
Excellent experience in Cloud (Azure, Google cloud, AWS)
Experience in Cloud Security42
Network knowledge
Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Great knowledge in Azure AD
It is also meritorious if you have previous leadership experience, some coding skills in some of Java/C#/Python/Javascript/Typescript and knowledge in IaC with e.g. Terraform

In this role there is also a possibility to join as a Competence Lead. This is optional but would mean that you have a dual focus; including both staff responsibility and contributing operationally within your product team. You act as the employer's extended arm - to follow and implement H&M Group's vision, goals, strategies and values, as well as acting as an ambassador always supporting your employees.
