hela Sverige Are you passionate about driving the value of technology and seeking a role that empowers you to thrive? We are now seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join Swedbank's Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) as a Transformation Lead.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Coordinate and drive strategic and tactical initiatives, ensuring they advance us towards our targets and guide them from ideas into implementation.
• Work in the intersection between subject matter experts in several fields to propose solutions and ensure common understanding on objectives and results while adopting industry best practices to advance quality and time-to-market.
• Contribute towards Swedbank's Tech & Data Strategy by aligning stakeholders and management expectations in championing transformation across the organization.
• Advise on enterprise initiatives that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Develop a deep understanding of the technology offered and stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights related to cloud transformations
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives, finance teams, and technical teams.
• Collaborate within a supportive team culture that values equality, rejects hierarchy, and encourages a fun work environment.
What is needed in this role:
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Understanding of cloud technology and services, including infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant experience, certifications and or degree in a related field
• Be willing to travel to meet stakeholders, management and team members
• Be eager to learn about, or already possess some knowledge in, digital technology, IT cost trends, IT product and support systems, and vendor/supplier relationships.
• Understand the day-to-day challenges businesses face, including leading activities such as identifying IT synergies, exploring outsourcing opportunities, and driving cost reduction.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to confidently present to senior stakeholders and address technical challenges in English, with Swedish as a plus

As a Transformation Lead within CCoE , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our bank's technology roadmap and initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders, technology teams, and various business units to drive strategic transformations that will position us for success in a rapidly evolving digital banking landscape.
