As a Software Architect at Nexer, you will be part of a new area where you will have the opportunity to make your mark and influence the team. You will work with one of our customers in the Retail, Telecom, Automotive or public sector.
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
As a Cloud Architect you would assist in the design and devlopment of next-generation Cloud based solutions. Responsibilities could include new cloud native solutions, porting existing solutions to a cloud platform, or recommending work to update existing cloud solutions. You would provide guidance for development teams with mixed cloud experience and be able to document the solution at the appropriate levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must as a key participant on projects.
YOUR BACKGROUND
You have experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms (MS Azure, AWS, Google, etc). Able to work with distrbuted teams (on-shore, near-shore and off-shore). Cloud architecture and/or development experience and an ability to speak to prior designs. You must be able to see and speak to the bigger picture and not get caught up in the details. You should also be familier with typical development methodologies such as Agile / SAFE and demonstrate ability to work through challenges to deliver solutions.
Pluses would include a strong development background, networking system basics, and further experience in other areas of the development lifecycle such as Business Alaysis, Estimations, DevOps, etc.
