support the project leader both in organization, budget and planning of project
and/or a clinical study Arbetsuppgifter Tasks will include, but is
not limited to the following: .Build documentation library and take
responsibility of it. .Support in writing meeting minutes .Support in
budget tracking and invoicing .Possibility to create presentations in
cooperation with project manager .Work as a study administrator when so
required taking responsibility of study master file, investigator meetings and
other study specific work. .Support in contract process .Quality control
responsibility of documents intended for submission to authorities or other
external partners. .Support in line related tasks. .Manage web site and
newsletters Utbildning/Erfarenhet The ideal candidate should have a
background in medical, such as assistant nurse or medical secretary with an
interest in budget and quality work, or an economy education with experience of
working in the pharmaceutical industry. Industry experience of work with
clinical research/clinical studies is required. In-depth knowledge in
Microsoft office programs needed and knowledge in Microsoft Project is an extra
plus. Good command of the English language is required. Preferably
experience with document storage systems such as Documentum or similar.
