The team
You will be part of our headquarter team in Linköping and work closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner. Developing novel ideas into world-class products is not easy - it takes a multidisciplined, international team of dedicated experts working together to continually uncover the unknown, solve difficult problems, and deliver consistent, medical solutions. About the role
As the Clinical Product Specialist, you will develop a market understanding and become an expert on our target customers - who they are, how they buy and why. You will speak the language of radiologists, neurologists, MR technologists and any other target customer as you build relations with radiologists and doctors worldwide.
It will be your responsibility to demonstrate the value of SyntheticMR's unique offering and the clinical utilization in direct relation to their workflow. You will be our product expert and responsible for communicating our clinical domain and product use perspective. Together with customers, you will develop clinical solutions within the domain of our product portfolio and closely work with our OEMs and hospitals.
Furthermore, you will be a core component of Product Management at our HQ with the responsibility to point out and facilitate line-up customers for new initiatives. We believe you are a strong influencer of the Research roadmap. You will also educate our sales force in product knowledge and assist our sales team to move our target clients through a funnel that converts them from prospects into paying customers.
You keep yourself up to date with market research and understand SyntheticMR's competitive landscape by learning about our competition and how they are positioned.
As the Clinical Product Specialist, travelling is required to participate in exhibitions or meetings at our regional offices and with stakeholders worldwide.
Who are you?
In order to perform well in this role, you should have high social skills and effectively create and develop professional relationships. You take great responsibility for your work, the company's brand and its products, as well as for your relationships with others. You are professional, humble and trustworthy as a person with sharp analytical skills. You can adapt and network well within the clinical and MedTech community.
It's preferable that you have previous knowledge of the clinical domain within medical imaging (MRI). This knowledge can come from a similar role or as an application specialist from the MedTech industry, or from the healthcare industry as a doctor, nurse, neurologist or radiologist. You might also have an engineering exam within medical technology or a medical education.
Since we are a global organization, you need to be comfortable with professional English, both written and verbal. Swedish is preferable, however not a must. The role includes worldwide travels for events and customer and demonstration meetings, mostly within Europe and USA.
