We are recruiting for a Clinical Product Manager in our Global Marketing department. In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by contributing to global fitting software development projects to make sure the products we launch meet the needs of hearing care professionals and end users.

You Bring Your Skills and Experience
As we grow the bone conduction solutions business, we are looking for people with highly specialised skills and capabilities who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Relevant degree in Audiology or equivalent.
At least 2 years of clinical experience from working in hearing care clinics and fitting patients preferred.
In-depth knowledge about the hearing aid industry.
Passion for our customers and making sure that the products we develop match their needs.
Self-motivated team player with strong drive to follow delivery of product development.
Ability to navigate in complex projects and perform in an agile, fast changing environment.
A good communicator, with good presentation skills and ability to convince others of good ideas in English.
Previous experience from product management, sales or training in the hearing aid industry is preferred
Ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefit to Cochlear's customers.
A responsible attitude to working safely and building a safety culture.
A commitment to lifelong learning and development.
