We are now recruiting for a Product Manager for audiological software in our Marketing department. More specifically you will:
Lead development of new software products and concepts around audiological software with a strong customer focus.
Be responsible for planning, leading and executing product launches.
Gather information from the market and our customers' expectations and needs to help define our software strategy.
Be responsible for leading and executing post-market activities and support for your products.
In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by constantly improving the user experience of our products to make it easy both for clinics and end users to choose Cochlear.

As we grow our bone conduction solutions business, we are looking for people with highly specialised skills and capabilities who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.
As a regulated company, Cochlear has a responsibility to hire people with the right skills and qualifications to do the work. To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Experience from working in a process oriented environment with strong customer focus.
Track record in supporting or developing audiological software in an international company.
Relevant degree within audiology and/or experience from audiology. Other relevant degrees (e.g. health sciences) with experience in marketing is acceptable.
Experience in analysing market intelligence data and performing marketing research will be regarded as a merit.
Experience from working in a global company.
High-level written and communication skills in English.
The ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefit to Cochlear's customers.
