Bactiguard is searching for a clinical implementation manager for Iraq. The position is a one year project employment.

The main focus for the position will be design and implementation of the BIP-CIP (Bactiguard Infection Protection Clinical Implementation Program) in Baghdad hospitals. The clinical implementation manager will work closely together with the Director of Clinical trials at Bactiguard headquarters and also the sales manager for Iraq who is based in Stockholm but travels frequently to Iraq.

The position as clinical implementation manager requires a candidate who has an education in medicine and has previous work experience in the field of medicine, preferably as a doctor or researcher. The candidate must be structured, analytical and comfortable in writing and reviewing documentation. The candidate must also be comfortable making oral presentations to colleagues and healthcare personnel (doctors and nurses). The job will require frequent trips to Iraq, approximately one trip every six weeks. Recent work experience from hospitals in Iraq is of great value for the position.

The following skills are required;
3-5 years University studies in medicine
3-5 years previous work experience in the field of medicine preferably doctor or researcher. Recent work experience from Iraqi hospitals, in particular from Baghdad, is a prerequisite for the position.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English, oral and in writing
