The CE&L Developer is responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality education material with global applicability to global Clinical Development customers. These materials should have the flexibility to be delivered by a variety of individuals across the global organization. All of the L&D materials to support clinical education will come from this CE&L Operations Section.
The CE&L Developer may lead or work independently on projects or may work under the guidance of a Senior Developer on larger, more complex projects. The CE&L Developer will work with Knowledge Experts to develop blended training packages covering a wide range of topics (technical skills and knowledge processes). They will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of CE&L materials in line with customer and business needs.
The CE&L Developer must have a good working knowledge of L&D processes and tools and be able to deliver Train the Trainer sessions on the materials they produce. It also requires excellent customer focus and professional approach to customers and partners.
You will also be responsible for project management of smaller CE&L projects or for specific aspects of larger projects, and if necessary, build CE&L content and materials that will meet the learning objectives.
You have at least university degree or equivalent qualification and experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Clinical and experience as an L&D professional with a wide knowledge of L&D methodologies and learning styles. Knowledge of design, development, delivery and evaluation of professional education programs in both classroom and electronic format is preferable. You also have basic project management skills and ability to apply CE&L skills to different business concepts.
