On behalf of one of our clients we are now looking for a Clinical Education and Learning Partner for an assignment starting March 7th. You will be part of The Clinical Quality Management department where you will be responsible for design, analysis and implementation of agreed education programs.

Publiceringsdatum2011-01-21Dina arbetsuppgifterThe CE&L Partner is an education professional with a global role that includes travelling both nationally and internationally. You will manage medium-sized education programs from development to implementation and will ensure evaluation, follow-up and maintenance of the program. You will develop training material to support clinical processes, procedures, skills and knowledge and will also be responsible for the budget of the project and provide the CE&L Leadership Team with updates on projects and activities on a regular basis.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Candidates are expected to have a Masters degree or equivalent qualification in combination with experience from the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably within Clinical.
The candidate we are looking for has a proven experience as an education professional with a wide knowledge of design, development, delivery and evaluation of education programs from both classroom and in electronic format.
Preferably you will also possess proven project management experience, experience of using the Quantification Performance Gap (QPG) process and qualified in the CIPD training program.
