Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Clinical Audiologist to join our Research and Application Department at the Cochlear BAS headquarters located in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Reporting to Audiology Group Manager this role works closely with other departments and regions. This clinical role is responsible of testing and evaluating the performance of patients with prototype Baha sound processors to facilitate our future product development.
In this contract role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Cochlear's successful history of innovation by applying your knowledge of clinical audiology and research.
Key Requirements:
University degree in Audiology (Audionom)
Eligible for recognition as an audiologist (leg. audionom) in Sweden
Swedish as a first language: Communication with patients, and patient reports will need to be completed in Swedish
A good understanding of the hearing healthcare market (especially implantable solution), customer needs and services and those of our competitors
Ability to influence others through credible actions and effective negotiation
Evidence of sound judgment and decision making skills
Ability to concurrently manage competing projects and priorities
