hela Sverige The Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) is responsible for providing clinical customer support by interfacing with sales and service personnel to effectively implement Philips Patient Monitoring Systems into the customer sites. Additional responsibilities include support of sales and marketing efforts through clinical presentations, product demonstrations and clinical evaluations in pre-sale, implementation and post-sale situations.
Demonstrations could be in formal educational settings as well as small-group or individual presentations in patient-care areas throughout healthcare facilities. The Clinical Application Specialist role will play a key role in our sales team in the acquisition of new business and the care and maintenance of existing customers.
Your responsibilities
conduct on-site education and consulting
create and manage customer relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
represent and champion clinical applications support needs for Patient Monitoring customers
focus on clinical uses, education and improving customer workflows
work closely with Philips Sales, Service, Marketing, etc. and with end users in both pre and post-sale situations
develop, maintain and deliver applications focused training on the equipment and accessories
apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues where needed
Your Team
You will work in Patient Monitoring sales team in Sweden and report to the Nordic Manager Training and Application for PCMS.

We are looking for
Knowledge of the clinical environments
Registered Nurse with extensive experience with patient monitoring equipment
Fluency in English and Swedish language are required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent customer and teamwork skills
Willingness and ability to travel
Proficient with computers and office tools
