You will belong to a Technical Client Solutions team, based in Stockholm.
Job Purpose
The completion of implementation projects and support issues using IM technology. Ensure effective Project planning, requirements definition, execution, product development, training, support. Provision of support and guidance to customers. Ensure that, both on demand and proactively, IM applications are implemented to high quality standards and that all systems perform optimally.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for that customer standards, processes and best practices are identified and implemented
In agreement with the Client Solutions Manager discover and implement new ways of configuring and delivering applications and support issues
Monitor and perform each local implementation to make sure common standards, processes and best practices are properly followed and delivered upon
Ensure effective project management in order to meet key deliverables and deadlines
Establish and develop positive relationships with the key client staff
Develop strong relationship with the IM Account Managers and Development staff to facilitate effective information flow and project control
Report back to Account Managers regarding implementation of projects and support issues
Create routines for the import and export of data files from internal and external sources
Actively develop functionality, configure applications and handle support items ensuring that full integration is achieved with all IM products, both technically and operationally
Develop and produce necessary documentation to support the IM operational process, including client documentation
Perform support items upon agreed deadlines and quality related to clients you are responsible for
Carry out any other tasks as directed by the Client Solutions Manager or other Senior IM executives
Candidate requirements
Graduate level
High proven technological competence
Extensive knowledge of web-based technology and related products - CSS
Microsoft SQL Server and Transact SQL
Understanding of ASP .Net 3.5, HTML, DHTML
Customer service experience
Extensive knowledge of English, knowledge of other European languages will be beneficial
Good communication skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to work in a flexible environment and under pressure to meet objectives
Built and configures a technical application preferably in .Net and SQL
Shown technical initiative in looking at new ways of increasing revenue
Availability to travel
