We are looking for a Client Solutions Engineer/Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. As a Client Solutions Engineer/Data Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with complex data analyses, with data from a wide variety of industries. You will be responsible for combining marketing data with anything from auction data, lead scoring and eCommerce CRM data, to find missed opportunities and evaluate the outcome of our activities. To your help, you will have a team of Data Scientists, Digital Marketing experts and the full GCP stack.
Work task & responsibilities
Developing dashboards and reports to structure and visualize insights
Translating complex data into clear and comprehensive texts and visuals for the team around you and our clients
Setting up, calibrating and performing A/B tests of advertising and marketing strategies, aiming at supporting our digital marketing teams with actionable data-driven insights
Analyzing marketing metrics to assess cause & effect relationships
Develop a deep understanding of our current data integration processes and structures and provide our teams with recommendations for possible optimizations
Key qualifications
Minimum 2 years of work experience as Data/Business/Performance marketing analyst
A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline (preferably Bachelor level or higher)
Proficiency in SQL and experience in a programming language such as Python or R
Experience in using DataStudio or other similar tools
Hands on experience using GA and GA360 both as an interface and the data output
Clear ability to understand business problems, translate data into key actionable insights in a visually presentable way.
Experience and interest of working in a fast-paced, creative and complex tech savvy environment
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
(Preferred) Fluency in Swedish or another additional language.
To succeed as a Client Solutions Engineer/Data Analyst, we believe that you have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Your way of working should be result-oriented, with the ability to change course if necessary in order to achieve desired results. Despite working in many cross-team collaborations, you are also willing to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
