Job description:
As a Client Service Support person at Cint, you would be part of setting up a Client Service Center and work individually and as part of team. You would be making sure that our clients get fast attention and have a smooth experience working in our survey
software. You would have direct communication with both internal and externa clients and end users that uses
different parts of our platform. Report bugs, new processes and features of the platform.
Initially you would help us build up the team and the working process for the Client Service Team. You would also contribute to ongoing systems and process improvements.
Minimum Required Qualifications/Skills:
To join our team, you must be a team player, analytical, and very well-organized and possess:
• Excellent problem solving, time management and reasoning skills
• Logical thinking and basic knowledge of web based systems
• Attention to detail and follow up
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• General interest in market research and online solutions.
• Fluent in English
Other Useful Qualifications
The following experience and skills will be considered in your application:
Experience or coursework in support for web based systems and/or market research. Basic or advanced understanding of support and ticketing systems Internet/web literate and preferably multi-lingual
